I loved the idea of the broken tree amongst the other survivors. But my preference is to usually see the subject in focus and like others said, this seems soft. Since you used topaz, you may want to try this in black and white too to see what happens.

Interesting image with lots of potential. Unfortunately its a little washed out and overexposed especially in the sky. Levels and curves correction in post processing would definitely help. With the levels corrected, the colors would appear richer and more vibrant.

Compositionally there isn't really anything for my eye to rest on. That being said I do see some nice wedge shapes in this image which could be used to anchor the image if you were to shoot from a different angle.

A little more subtle lighting would have been a huge plus in this image as it appears to be over done in some areas and under exposed in others allowing for light blooms that, while not overdone, distract. From an artistic standpoint, it needs something to create a little more interest - perhaps a little closer look at the coffee machine or the impliments baskets would have been a better choice - in partucular against the tiled background. A little more staging of the shot would have resulted in a better image.

I like this, but it seems a bit soft. Can't tell if that was really the way the shot was, or if it happened when you resized it down. It's the only thing keeping me from giving this a high vote.
