When you take pictures like this, you really need to pay attention to where your focus is at and whatever that is infront of your focus. When there's a fern bigger than the fern you're taking pictures of, there's something "wrong". The fern closest to us should probably be the one in focus in this case.

I buy this as a duotone, since i just can see green and black... but i dont think you will score well, because people i think people will not buy this idea... anyway... even considering this as a duotone, i think the blurred foreground is very distracting...

I like this concept. As most others, I chose to go the route of man made architecture. The thought never crossed my mind to go outside of the box. Great concept, wonderful capture!

Bright and colorful and good detail. The composition is just a bit static. Though I'm sure your objective was to give us a good clear look at the clock and cardinal detail (which this does!) I'm the kind of person who likes a bit more context. Not sure if that would work with this because I have to admit I've never been there.
