Evan, first I have to say that you have a very strong portfolio going here.
As for the apple, ditto on the focus and clarity, but I add that the glare from the light on the right side of the apple detracts from the apple itself, imo. You might diffuse the light, or move it to the right so that the "spot" is less obtrusive. If you like the spot, a tighter beam (snoot) may get more of a catchlight effect.

I usually don't like the tops of heads cut off, but the power of the eyes makes this complete for me. Extremely well done!

Great composition, looks ready to pounce right out. There is enough of a curve of the top of the head to indicate a continuance of the roundnes of the head. Any less and it would be harder to tell the implied shape. Was this taken on a tripod?

not very sharp. lighting is good, but would be better to see more color and detail on the leaf and edges of water drops and of the apple itself. nice shot though.

The lighting is great. The composition could be a little more daring.

Looks just a tad on the soft side to me, I know this can be quite hard to get right though as I shot an almost identical image a couple of weeks ago to add to my stock portfolio lol.

My attempt
