Nice shot... the blowing hair really adds a lot of atmosphere. I think a vertical shot might have worked here, then we could have also seen the feet of the smaller pony.

Great shot! I was down on the Outer Banks about a month and a half ago and I took a ride through Corolla and the beach area and saw all of the horses. So beautiful. To get them posed like this is even better! One of my favorites this week, but it would be even better if the feet weren't cut off at the bottom. I love the photo, though!

some vinyetting, make sure you dont pull back the zoom to much when using a telephoto lens. otherwise nice depth of field
The Vinyetting in the corners hurts you though

Nice image. It might have a little more impact if the horses, especially the one facing me were lighter. A half stop would make a real difference and the background, although lighter, would still show well.
