hm, i dont really think this photograph could be improved upon at all. from an artistic point of view it makes a huge statement. the close framing and cropping and dof--even the slight angle all give the impression of movement--makes you imagine something is actually being said. very creative and very well done! :)

OK...Thought about it and here goes...

First of all I'm givin' ya x1.5 for creativity and for the effort!!! This is probably the most original shot I've seen in my short time here!

For how tight it is cropped the DOF is a little off! Bottom lip, excellent focus, top lip too soft. Pores on the upper right kinda distracting.

I really think this woulda been much more powerfull of a statement if it wasn't cropped so tight.

The only other thing I would bring up is that the flag doesn't cover the tounge.
