Kirk, thanks for your nice comments. I'm really enjoying your portfolio as well. First of all, you're in an interesting milieu. I'm impressed with photographers who have a knack for getting others to trust them. Your technicals are impressive, too. Half your shots look like film stills.

I don't know why I chose to comment on this particular photo out of all the good ones possible, but something about the look on the expression of the girl in the background just kills me!

thanks dafletchr! Ill be doing alot more photos like this soon only i will be doing it in wilmington, delaware & philly more. im looking to spend about 1500$ worth of alienbees equipment. soon as i get all i need from them im gonna do alot more band and documentary photos like this.

I agree with Pineapple and Melethia. You have a great feel for realism and the moment. Some of your images are almost documentary. You are definitely a natural and "emerging star" is written all over your images. Hope you develop and enjoy many good breaks along the way.

Wonderful character. Slim depth of field at that Ap. I like the gentle tones and colours - very subtle. Would be easy to say convert to b/w - but I think the colour is richer. Both would work, with b/w upped in contrast perhaps.

Yea i was hoping i would at least get over a 6. Maybe next time I'll take what i submit more seriously tho, really i just uploaded this to show that i have taking part in at least one challenge.
