I think I would have used a slightly deeper DoF. You did as normal and focused on the near eye, but that eye is in such a dark shadow it disappears. I think in this case both eyes and nose should be in proper focus.

I do note that there actually isn't a window in the frame, but the intent is there so no issues with me. However I do find the overall crop and view to be a little incomplete. The steering wheel is just cut off, the orange mess is in the focus point, there just isn't something to grab the attention. Maybe a different angle on this could have really made it work.
