The background color is a bad choice. Taking a picture of a camera is another bad choice But any picture is good for practice and I'm pleased to see that you tried to find a creative angle.

what a strange colored background. i would suggest either really brightening it or toning it down. probably brightening would have been the best option. great perspective of the tripod, focus is nice. -6
