Nicely conceived and composed, but it looks like a case of hand shake. Use a tripod or some other steady surface in low light situations.

The composition is nice, but there appears to have been some camera shake that makes it look out of focus. A tripod would have been good for this, which would have led to a much stronger image.

The image looks a little soft (out of focus). I'm guessing that you didn't sharpen the image after downsizing for the challenge. Your image could also benefit from a bit more contrast to help separate the car from the background. Perfect subject for the challenge. I'd like it better if you got closer, maybe showed us only a portion of the car with a tighter crop. We'd still get the feel but it would allow you to play with composition and detail a little more.
