Hi from the critique club! This is my first photo with the club, so bear with me:)

The first thing i notice when i look at your photo is the cat's nose. It shows up more than one might expect because of the color of the bike. I'm not sure i like the pole in the photo, it gets in the way of the cat. The lighting on the ground and the cat's rear foot is good. I like the way the background doesn't distract the viewer from the rest of the photo but still has a nice green color. to me, the bike is not the main subject here, it is the cat. since this was entered in the bicycle challenge, it probably didn't fly too well with the voters. all in all, the detail on the cat is lovely (ears, whiskers) and if i was to vote on this photo in the bike cahllenge i would have given it a 6.

Im sorry but there is just alot going on in this shot, the pole seems in the way, the cat is just distracting, etc.

Cute, however this comes off to me as more of a snapshot. The centering of the cat and the tilted pole are the two big problems for me.

Is the subject the cat or the bike. Seems a little confusing to me. Nice strong contrasting colour with the bike.
