In the ratings pass, this reviewer was uncomfortable rating this image - there are several levels of impact here which change every time it's viewed. After six views and a close inspection of the image, this reviewer has to rerate it from a 6 to a 9 because it has the technical quality one looks for in a high rated image even if it isn't as effective from an artistic standpoint - it lacks that certain "something" that makes it standout. It's still a cut above the highly rated images in this challenge. While not exactly a ribbon contender, this should place well in the challenge.

I like the abstract motion blur--I can still totally sense what is going on... I just wish it had more contrast--I think you could pull a lot more out of this image.

Delightfully whimsical imagery. The font was an unfortunate selection as it interfers with the sand and looks incomplete - the same font in a full bold or solid would have helped a lot. The font color is fine and works well with the rest of the image.

Wish you were where? This doesnt really say where you are and its more like a greeting card then a post card to me. The colors are a little drab and just not really liking this for this challenge.
