Your file size is only 29k when you could have used up to 150k. This indicates a lot of JPEG compression, which is taking a lot of detail out of your photo. Look at the pixellation visible around some of the flowers edges and you will see what I am referring to. Check the JPEG compression settings in your image editor and always try to save as close to the limit for a challenge as you can get it without going over.

Also, the focus is a little off. the eye is drawn to a part of the flower that is not quite in focus. Having the flower in focus and the girl a little blurry may have worked better here.

The bright unfocused flowers grab our attention right off the bat. The rest of the image is nice.

I can't find a focal point in this shot. The flowers, which I think are the focus of the photo, are way to OOF.

OOF a little...or the focus is on the person, which throws the foreground out. Fuzzy flowers distract from an otherwise cool idea.

Oh well, it was my first try. I guess what i learnt is that if you are going to try and stretch the topic then you really need to come up with a more fitting title. I didn't think that the picture was disturbing, it was supposed to be a look at one girls intimate thoughts - which as far as im aware don't have to be sexual.
I do agree with the grainy pixelated comments and i want to try and work on this. I guess it just takes practice
