This shot shows why there's a need for professional food stylists. While these are healthy foods, they aren't presented in an appetizing or appealing way. Too many hot highlights, especially on the foreground left cranberry. The jumble of oatmeal in the center looks, um, chewed & regurgitated... Might've been better to pick one food and focus on it rather than mixing so many elements.

Not voting, just commenting. Composition is pretty rough, lighting is not appealing. The photo takes some very tasty components and actually makes them look rather unappealing.
