To my eye you've gone a bit too far with the flattening of tonalities, a common problem with Topaz and Tone Mapping in general. Not only does the image lose depth or dimensionality, but you're creating artifacts, blocky areas, in the deep shadows. I'd try backing off a bit on this one, myself. On the plus side, the greens are outstanding, and there's a lot of luminosity coming up.

I love this shot, it's really great! The colors and even the border ("even" because usually i'm not a fan of borders) are great! But i might be unfair at this, but i don't think the prime object is the tree, but the bird. I hope you do well! Good luck!
