Turning a Blind Eyeby jbrightComment by CNovack: A majestic sight to behold,
his eagle eye now dimmed.
Home was once skies above the stars & stripes.
Lost now, his feathers planted firmly on the ground.
I know the eagle stands for many things in other countries, but for me this majestic bird speaks of a land of freedom and liberty. Here he is blind in one eye or resting BUT he is no longer free to fly off into the wild blue yonder; given the bars I see. Some nice details in the feathers and head. |
