I would say more of an oof on the hillside than a real blur. Blur means something is moving. No movement here.

This one looks just out of focus to me. Having a bit more variation in the blur (either through motion or a different DOF might make it more engaging to me but I'm not sure. The colours are pretty though.

I'd like to see the saturation boosted here and the contrast adjusted somewhat. The colors are kinda muted and the picture has a bit of a "muddy" look to it. The idea however is great though
