I presume this used covering the lens with a very long exposure time to achieve the duel exposure. The moons are well lit, but in the end the image doesn't really grab me. I would prefer (but doesn't meet the challenge) to see just the left moon, and thus the double exposure does not add to the image for me.

Excellent exposure and tonal range for this B&W photo. The horse adds interest to the foreground, but for me this is missing something vital to a landscape and that is midground and background layers. I suppose the sky acts as background here... but there is nothing to give you that image of a vast expanse of land or of the scape of the earth.
