I gave this a 0... but because I didn't vote on all the puzzle images.
I probably would have given it a 6.

The last 2 commentors have summed things up pretty well but I will add my critique.

Lighting:
I like the way you have lit the back. I do that too. However in this case the white background around the person is much brighter than anything else in the image.. and tends to draw attention. I find the best background for this type of lighting is a Grey one, then you can fade from light grey to almost black & it won't be overpowering the image.

The composition is ok, but I had to look hard to see where the puzzle was. Rotating the wine to show more & perhaps lighting the puzzle a bit more with a snoot would help.
The white stripe on the top mixes with the ropes in the puzzle.

I can see the glass is one of those frosted ones.. but it also looks like those dirty results you take the glasses from the dish washer without that sparkle mixture.

The look of the model probably also didn't help.
1 eye half closed, hair a bit messy.
Nothing really drasticly wrong with the image.... but as said nothing to make the viewer go wow & stop and want to look again.

I also find the colour balance to be pretty cold. Warming the image a little could make it more inviting. and perhaps playing with curves / levels.

Hope this helps.

I can't really speak to the technicals as studio lighting is not something i know a lot about, but I can say the lighting looks flat and the image is drab overall... for a studio shot to fare well it has to be perfect, and in addition to the flaws that eyewave pointed out the image just doesn't have any novelty or 'wow-factor' for me and I doesn't really hold the viewer's interest. Sorry to be vague but it's really late over here and I am tired :P

I gave you a 5, mostly because of the flat lighting and her expression - that's not what I call a frustrated look, it's more like she tries not to laugh. Might also have been better to rotate the puzzle and straighten the rope a bit more - people who don't know this wine might not recognize it as a puzzle. Then, if she had held the glass sideways, it might have been easier for the fast voters to recognize the wine glass and had also eliminated the reflections inside.

The blured background and spinning wheels, really gives the feel of speed.
