Standing Guardby tgrlilyComment by cpanaioti: You've picked a difficult situation to photograph, black subject in very bright light. In order to capture enough detail in the dog you need to expose a little bit more but in doing so you would blow out the bright areas which are already somewhat overexposed. To try and correct this you might try using a diffuser. |

Standing Guardby tgrlilyComment by Konador: the colours all seem washed out, and the composition could be better without so many distracting elements in there. |

Standing Guardby tgrlilyComment by Pidd: The dogs being so dark require different lighting to make this a more effective shot. It is difficult to make them out since they are standing right in front of a shadowed area. The lighting on the foreground vegetation and wood is nice though. |
