I like the story this tells. As far as composition goes, I think it would have been better if everything was shifted a little more to the left to include more of the woman. A little more contrast might have helped, too.

Upon the initial rating pass, this reviewer lost sight of the humor behind this image and was distracted by the light on the helmet. While making the comment phase of rating the image, this reviewer recaptured his sense of humor and took a second look. This image is both an artistic and technical success and is laugh-out-loud funny. Originally rated a 7, this has been rerated a 10 and it's well worth that upgrade. If the there is any justice in the world, this image should be a ribbon winner. Well done - seriously, well done.

Great shot! Wonderful expression, incredible helmet. But the tack is almost invisible against all the visual onslaught. Perhaps a lighter colored tack, or some d&b on the tack to make it pop a tad more.
