Shadow on the bottom right spoils this.Also the tree coming out of the subjects head is distracting. The bench to the far right has been cut slightly, I find that spoils the image as well. It would have been interesting to see this image if it was taken from a lower position and more to the right so that the benches line up more. Well thats only my humble opinion.

I have a really hard time with exploitation candids. They should at least carry an obvious social commentary. The colors and exposure are a bit flat. Still, the framing is decent.
