The shot is in focus and the lighting is perfect. Her pose is glamourous and sensual and would have been heightened by her looking into the camera, but as this is a candid, I know you have to work with what you got.

Low rated, sorry.
The upper half is decent, though the sky is a bit blah and the centered horizon not attractive. Some clouds are visible, a gradient filter or even a selective burning could help a lot there.

The main issue is the foreground, IMO: flat, without any line of other point of interest, it is really blocking the eye.
A black and white with a lower horizon and a more contrasted sky could probably provide a much better image.
