Hmm at first I thought this was a macro shot of a lightbulb some how, but on second look I see the 'lights' in the background amd then there is white light, from a flash perhaps??, I think any shot that holds my attention as long as yours has deserves a good score, though I am sure you will get the barrage of 'not topic' comments, I find lots to look at here, interesting well done shot.

Someone call that short chubby lady from Poltergeist! Seriously, what is this? Very creative, but the lights give a sense of motion, not rest. I'm giving it a 7 just because it looks so cool. Good luck.
