I think this is a very strong image though I can't say it's hugely appealing. The composition just takes my breath away - the position of the pay meter and the lines of the fence, paving, building and windows just clicks for me.
In terms of "message" this is speaking to me about the futility of this kind of graffiti - wanton destruction without even remote mitigation of scrawling a political message within the graffiti.
What message, thought or concept were you aiming at conveying?

I think overlapping the ghost images is too distracting and really don't convey the meaning of the photo very well. Maybe 'Neither Coming or Going' would fit better.
