I really like the effect you have got here (high key?) I suspect it was taken through a car windscreen ? as the white portion in the foreground which blots out the traffic island looks like a reflection. That is the only nitpick for me as the image is full of vitality and subtleness..from the person on their mobile to the reflection of the no entry sign on the moving bus..hope you don`t get too many "blown out sky" comments as that seems to be a favourite excuse for scoring down this type of work...absolutely brilliant and top marks from me...10

Great shot! London? Love the motion blur of the cars/buses, the blown out sky, and the girl in the forground. Colors are also great! This shot had better make it to the Top 10 or else!
