Looks like you adjusted highlights and shadows. I would prefer a richer deeper tonal range. Love the texture of the hair. I like the inclusion of the earring which can some times be distracting, but it isn't. :~)

This is killer. A slight vignette applied and then masked out in the upper right would add a little interest I think. But I love it as it is.

i like how this is almost a silhouette - my only issue with the photo is the significant jaggedness around the glass due to oversharpening
