The mark is a scratch on the paper background.
I tried holding the bottle myself, and spilt whisky on the card.
I got my wife to hold the bottle, but it wasn't steady enough.
So the back of the bottle is on a pile of books, with a rubber band round it to stop it from sliding off.
Then I couldn't read the label, so a cork inside the rubber band allowed me to adjust the position of the triangular bottle.
If anyone wants to see, I have the original, showing the setup.

When my relationship ended I also turned to drink so I can really relate to this excellent image. Fortunately I eventually managed to conquer my drinking problem but it has left me with a warped sense of humor.

I guess you mean "Peace and Quiet" It's a nice image and does convey a feeling of silence. The water is captured nicely and I like the golden sheen and the ripples. If the seagull had been positioned in the lower right corner it would have given the image as a whole even a stronger balance. It would have been nice if the focus and detail on the gull were a bit sharper also. 5

Unfortunately, the colours in the water, being gold/brown, are unappealing to me. With them making up much of the shot, I feel they need to be more appealing to make the overall photo here. The bird is very small (too small for my liking) and I am not sure if it is in focus either.
