I like the vignetting and the way it follows the ear. I find the ear itself a little disturbing. I don't think I've ever really looked at an ear for this long and I find it not very attractive. :)

your colors look great and you used the same composition as the original. not so sure I like the texture of the cutting board, especially where it is highlighted at the bottom by your light. this is a hard shot to do, but maybe a deeper dof would help on the fruit and not so much water pooled around the bottom. I would love to see a reshoot - this is very close
