Long forgotten childhoodby JulietNNComment by Yo_Spiff: Good, though a little too dark, and I'm viewing it on a fairly new and calibrated monitor right now.
A huge part of the problem here is that too much JPEG compression is killing the details. Your file size is only 22k, and you could have used up to 150k in this challenge. Always used the lowest level of compression (resulting in the largest file and greatest detail) that will sneak in under the limit for a challenge. |

Long forgotten childhoodby JulietNNComment by booboo_goon: Oh wow, absolutely brilliant find I don't think rocking horses are made of wood anymore? I think they have tried to make it fancier these days, the lighting is so moody, the sepia tones suits this perfectly very nolstagic! Well done10 |

My Mid LIfe Crisis Carby JulietNNComment by JulietNN: Originally posted by mark_u_U: Cool! Like the lighting, like how the smoke turns out. Seems a bit noisy, but doesn't bother me too much. Would have liked to see a slightly deeper dof though.
Overall, great still. |
The smoke is actually a flashlight in a cone shape and shone at the camera. LOL, The depth of field, at that point, I didnt have the remote for teh camera and only had 20 seconds to do it in.
