bird.jpgby Haukur4Comment by vtruan: Nice mockingbird. I think croping it closer to see the bird better would make a much better shot. But I do like the vegetation. |

bird.jpgby Haukur4Comment by PHOTOKID: I like the DOF used in this photo it puts all the attention on the bird. The focus is nice, I like that I can see the texture in the feathers on the birds breast and the leaves around the body of the bird. I also like the sharpness in the eye, its a very nice portrait of this bird.
My only suggestion would be to try a different crop with the photo as the composition is centered and may be a bit stronger on the lower left interstection point of the rule of 3rds. Very strong photo other than that.

Ragnheiðurby Haukur4Comment by bubeltrubel: really good crop here. Like the tones. It's a tad too dark, IMO. And I'm not sure about the filter you used. Otherwise a great portrait! |

Deep thoughtsby Haukur4Comment by magenmarie: Awesome shot. I love the lighting, and the scenery as well. I love her hair blowing in the wind. The clouds are amazing too. Reminds me of the scene in the Wizard of Oz when it was still the beginning in black and white, and the tornado started coming. :) |

Sesar in natural studioby Haukur4Comment by BeeCee: My only nitpick is that his beautiful butterfly-wing ears are just a touch too big to fit in the frame ;)
I predict gooooood things for you if you keep working and learning. You're off to a wonderful start! |
