Intimate Chaosby TiberiusComment by ccraft: Love the balance and composition. Nice colours and lighting. Nice to see someone who shot something "messy" but still chose to place things so there is a definite subject - and a place for the eye to move.n Great job! |

Lazy on a Sunday Afternoonby TiberiusComment by obstetrify: Tis is a good 'snapshot', as opposed to a 'photograph'. I sppose there is a difference. Perhaps the condition could be that the subject of a snapshot should not know that they are being photographed. I think this is the case here, and all the better for it. |

Lazy on a Sunday Afternoonby TiberiusComment by BobsterLobster: Interesting shot... perhaps a little too like a snapshot. Slight overexposure resulting in burnt out highlights. The boy doesn't seem to be very sharp, and there is bad artifacting everywhere, possibly as a result of applying sharpening in PS to a photo that wasn't too sharp to start with. This particularly affects the texture of sand. Perhaps a little too much red overall. I think the main problem with this shot for me is that the viewer's eye is pulled in different directions. The two subjects are both looking out of the frame in different directions so there is no clear point of focus. |

Portraitby TiberiusComment by jmsetzler: Greetings from the Critique Club...
Hi Tiberius...
This is a rather nice portrait. The composition is good and I particularly like the softness of it. Her eye direction is nice because it makes me wonder what she is looking at.
The only part that bothers me about this image is the gray in her hair and in the background. This may have come from color desaturation, but I'm not sure...

She Took The Music From Soul ...And TheCDs My Rackby TiberiusComment by Klauss: Very hot silhouette! Indeed there are so many times when we overlook beautiful things, in our hurry to ... nowhere.
This is a wonderful example of how much beauty lies around us...
Great idea, very, very good composition with the shadow! The contrast between the black contour and the red hot background, makes it so valuable!
Good job, my friend! ;) |
