boat1_color_small.jpgby TiberiusComment by KaDi: Like it!
If you could just zero out the horizon line....and increase the saturation on red--hold the blue--desaturate everything else (maybe)...
I love the atmosphere, the moment! |

Rubber Lipsby TiberiusComment by Physics_Guru: Its a bummer that the white things cover up a small portion of the duck. If not for that, I would have nothing negative to say about this one. The color tones here are just excellent. Very nice colors. |

Half (Grief for My Father)by TiberiusComment by shoot_2gratify: Admittedly, I was more then a little intrigued by your title as it relates to grief for your father. Your picture evokes quite a bit of emotionâ€Â¦ pain and sorrow still. The gesture of your hands placed over your nose and mouth implies an effort to stop or hide. Its ok, our father's have always played such an important part in our lives, and they will continue to do so long after their pasting.
I find that one of the most genuine and fascinating aspects of photography to be that a single picture (i.e. glimpse of a moment in time) has the ability to evoke such emotion, be it joy or sorrow, and that is truly exceptional. I believe that as we capture these moments we measure their success based on many factorsâ€Â¦ of these the most powerful are splendor & emotion. That sir you have achieved with your self-portrait revisited.
Thank you for sharing a glimpse of your travels in this journey called life.
Best regards,
C.J.Gilreath
