I really like what seems to be snow flakes or stars or whatever they are. I'm guessing it could be a layer. It's a pretty scene. But a few things you could have improved on is cloning out the trash can and stones in front. Editing is rather flat, unless that's the look you were going for. I would would've pushed the contrast up.

Congratulations on the yellow ribbon. Your composition taken from above allows the eye to follow the road and at the same time the elements surrounding this road make us stay in the photo. The light is perfect and the play of colors means that everything combined is a superb achievement.
