Thanks for the comments. Very surprised that someone would think that the photo has nothing to do with the "back to school" theme. In my opinion, the use of a Scrabble word game, the words, and the message of seeking knowledge all relate to school. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

you asked for an indepth comment on your shot in this challenge.

It is an excellent macro and great abstract. I don't think anyone could have guessed what this was. You have an excellent bokeh going on here. Would have been nice to see a little more of the glass/stem? as this has gorgeous flowing lines and gives it a focal point.

I can see nothing that would add to this in post processing
