From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. Soft natural lighting make this a very effective image and the subject's complexion only enhances the effect. The soft well controlled and lighted background does not overpower the lighting demonstration. Unfortunately, the top of the image is a distraction as it is slightly over the edge and distracting. A solid entry into the challenge.

Beautiful capture. I would like to have seen just a bit more foreground and a little less of the top of the sky but it's very nice as is.
