velvet antby wetlandComment by roO_dawg: We have ants similar to this in Idaho. Interestingly enough under that fuzzy velvet they have incredibly hard exoskeletons. Cool little guys. Great shot. |

Aftermathby wetlandComment by Haneck: IMO the composition is a little cluttered. however, given the apparantly cramped surroundings and the gigantic subject, I know from experience that creating a good composition would indeed be very, very difficult, if not impossible. |
