I have no idea what's going on here. The window is interesting, the guys are interesting, but when I add them all together, I am not really interested. I guess since the two men are so disengaged from each other, I don't make a connection between them and their environment.

Lots to see here. Seems a little flat to me; I'd try a levels or curves adjustment to deepen the colors.

The tonal range seems a little out - perhaps a little too heavy handed with tone-mapping or shadows & highlights? A pleasing composition, though, and certainly worth trying some alternate edits.
