I like the idea of this. I think to go along with the OLD swimming hole theme that an old rope would have worked tons better than what seems to be a much more modern rope. A kid or two in the water (splashing, maybe flaoting ona swim ring) would have helped as well(no idea if this is even a really safe palce to swim though). But the idea is very creative.

The eyes are freaky, giving this almost an evil/possessed kind of feeling. That kind of darkness is not something I got out of the heida pics that I looked at.

I think that a darker background would have make this image very close to Heida style .Very impressive anyway!
