The background is beautiful, but the fisherman looks a bit too sharpened. He looks like he was cut out and pasted in.

Really nice image here. The pipe cuts through the lightness of the mist, creating a really strong leading element to the fisherman. That and the contrast being against the concentration of fog make him really stand out well as a subject. I find how the mist slightly hides things, really draws me into the shot, so I can see the bridge, and the reflections and stuff. Really nice job.
