I'm not able to vote on member challenges, but I regularly click through the images and comment on the ones that make me stop and look a little longer. This is one of those images.

Can't say I'm normally a fan of macro insect photos, but this really caught my eye. The background flower is subtle. I find myself wanting to see it with greater DOF... just to compare it to the level of background focus you created. Nice work. Hope it does well.

What really makes this is the star burst effect of the yellow flower behind him. I like the use of the diagonal line. One of the better ones I've seen so far.
