I like the idea and lighting on the dress is perfect for this shot. It looks a bit tilted and the white car on the right could have cloned out. Those two things keep me from giving it a higher score. 6

Restful shot, very pretty, but not very inspiring. I'd actually like it better without the splash on the rock. The more I look at it, the more peaceful it seems. The splash doesn't add to it. (only mentioned it, because I have a tendency to take at least 5 of the same shot, and you might have one without the splash.)
