I would recommend more crop on the left, a little less crop on the right is fine. The top & bottom is cropped too tight

Good focus on its eyes. My grandson (11) wants to make a career of this sort of photography and has just been given a good digital camera. I'll have to see that he sees this - therefore I am adding it to my favorites.

Colors are great! I would suggest a slight change in composition in this case. Use the rule of thirds and move your main stack to the right third of the frame. Sometimes rules can be broken but I don't think this is one of those times.

Althought these are small detailed flowers compared with the normal roses and orchids we see on this website, I am very drawn to them because of the effect you have done to use contrast and make them stand out. Excellent picture, well done. Assuming this is done by basic rules, I am looking forward to see how did you take this picture, I can learn a great deal from it...
