Cool concept :) I wish the shell were moved a tiny bit closer to the foreground so that the stronger lines curving toward the shell were not hitting the top of it.

Nice portrait. Focus could be a little better around the eyes..but it's hardly noticeable. Great work on bringing out her eyes. Great composition as well.
