It looks like you tried to saturate the colors a bit more while darkening the highlights on her head, which has made the top of her head look strange and noticeably cyan. Her expression is lovely, but I wish you had used a shallow depth of field to blur out some of the texture of the background.

This gets more witty each time I look. Despair, the empty chairs, and yet the graph's growth curve swoops upward. I suppose he sold short. This is my top pick.
Some might say it's not in the style of nixter (not B&W; not perhaps as elegantly reductive as the nix; blah blah) but I don't think he'd think that. It has his spirt all right; his sly wit and his deft visual echoes.
