The composition is good and I love the double symetry. Placing the reflection axis in center of the image would improve it and cooling it down a bit because the colors are a bit too warm(red).

Good portrait. A more edgy PP with the black and white could have given it a overall stronger look, right now I feel it's quite mediocre.

dont like your subject broad lit, prefer key light from the right in this pose. i would have seen more lines in his skin to show age and wisdom.. a 6

Very nice face and gently lit, but a bit too much forehead is taking attention away from his eyes. I like the angle you used; I'd just crop much tighter on top.

The lighting is ok here but I would say it needs a little more contrast on the face (it's all very grey) and I would probably crop the top and left slightly for composition.
