Meets the challenge well, and is exposed properly, in focus etc. For me, this photo is just not as interesting as many in this challenge however. Especially the empty floor on the right is very bland.
I do like how the red sign stands out from all the other dull colors.

The framing on this shot could be improved, and I think the focus could have been shrunk down a bit to focus on few pairs as opposed to this large of a group.
