I am not sure I understand the title and how it applies to the photo. You have gotten me curious! I like the blue /black tones and the far wall. I am not sure the arms look restful... but rather I see motion blurr especially where the arm blends into the side wall.
It looks like the photo needs to be rotated a bit. It is not far enough from being level to look like it is supposed to be leaning to one side and yet it is not quite level so it distracts to me.
