What an interesting angle..the long shadows are brilliant.
The stone at the back of the piper is a little distracting but not enough to spoil the picture.
Also think the grey stone on the ground makes a nice neutral background for the image.

I don`t think that there`s been too much damage done here Bob..certainly not enough to spoil the image.
This could just have been another picture of a mountain but capturing the bridge has given it the scale it requires to add the impact

This would make a nice accompaniment for "Enchanted Forest" hanging on the wall.
The saturation and softening might be too much for some..but I like the effect and the composition is perfect for me.

Cable Cars

I like the way you`ve incorporated the slopes and curves of the receding hills in your image and the gradation in tone which helps emphasise the distances involved. If the cable car in the middle of the picture had just been that little bit higher..you may have captured the light from the sky coming through the glass..which would have finished the picture off to perfection for me.
