Was the fuzziness of the picture intentional? It was a digital shot, right? Why not try to take it again when you saw the image was blurry?

It meets the challenge well, I wish you had gotten the focus sharper. I don't see a need for it being soft or I wouldn't say anything. The light is a bit harsh from the window. 6

i like the idea, but i see jpeg artifacts around the dawggy's nose... i had the same problem with one of my pictures and somebody suggested that i save the file as an uncompressed tiff, edit it like that, and only save the final copy as a jpeg... it really helped a lot!

This photo meets the challenge... the desaturation makes your secondary color stand out nicely...

The quality of this particular image is most likely what caused the low score... it also appears to be distorted from unproportional resizing.

Compositionally, i really like the perspective you chose for this shot... that shows some strength :)
