Nice shot. I have a minor preference for the color of the original. The weather one looks, well.. weathered. (Reminds me of my Sepia submission where I deliberately made it look old and faded and then got comments that it lacked contrast and was noisy.)

I laughed out loud on this one. I have not played my Strat in a few years but my two boys have got me playing Guitar Hero with them most nights. My 8 year old is have way through "expert". I can beat medium but have had no luck on "hard" :(

Very nice. I think you nailed the crop/framing perfectly with the cutout in upper left and bridge in lower right. The narrow DOF works really well with the angle you have chosen. I see you used f1.8, I have to get me one of those!
